                中医专家解读消耗性疾病                

    

生活中越来越多的人都出现了这样的问题,总是有气无力,每天都没什么劲儿,总是不精神。这些人虽说是大病没有,可总是一副病怏怏的状态,也是会给生活和工作带来挺大的困扰。对于这些问题,人们总是感到束手无策,不知道这是因何而来,也不知该如何解决。针对这种情况,笔者采访了中国中医科学院科技合作中心中经堂的驻店专家,原上海市第八人民医院针灸推拿科主任陈伟仁教授。

 

“消耗性疾病就像是汽车缺少汽油,跑不动”

 

    陈伟仁教授指出,这些有气无力,总没精神的情况,其实是一种消耗性的疾病。在中医看来,气和血是生命的基础,身体就是一个不断运转的机器,随时都在生成气血,可同时也在消耗着气血。可是现在由于生活和工作习惯的改变,比如久坐不动,过度思虑,久视不移等多种情况都在过度的消耗身体的气血,造成气血的亏虚,就好比是汽车缺少了汽油,就会跑不动。而人体在消耗过度之后,气血亏虚就会怕冷、疲劳、上个3层楼就感觉气促,别说上5层楼了。而且还会感觉胸闷、做点事就心慌、动一动就出汗,时间一长晚上就会盗汗,还有一点容易感冒,免疫功能下降                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

 

消耗过多就要补充气血,填补亏空

 

出现这些问题应该从哪方面来调整呢?陈教授表示,从中医上来讲,这些问题是由于气血亏虚而产生的,因此缺气就以补气为主,而血虚就要以补血为主、养血为主比如说血虚,因思虑过度引起的血虚睡眠不好、头晕、脸色苍白、四肢冰冷、月经不调、月经量少、月经期后移,同样也会出现心慌,这些问题都是可以通过补气血来解决。采用一些方法将体内的气血补足,填补好身体的亏空,这些消耗性的问题才能够有效的解决。

食物的精华都以流逝,虚不受补

 

很多人都知道自己是气血亏虚,能量不足,于是就通过吃来补充自己缺失的能量。比如说用中药党参、太子参、人参等等来补气,当归、芍药来养血,但效果却不是很好。陈教授解释说,这是因为人体本身就是处于气血亏虚的状态,脾胃的功能会受到影响。消化吸收不好,药物精华还没吸收就都排出去了,“虚不受补”就是说的这种情况。

 

“以‘多气多血’的经络来补益,事半功倍”

 

如何才能够快速有效的补充亏虚的气血呢?针对这个问题,陈教授给出了一个好方法。陈教授说,通过直接调理一些多气多血的经络,既直接又有效。陈教授继续解释道,无论是哪种食疗药物,其最终都是通过经络的运行和调整来发挥作用,因而对与气血亏虚的问题,直接从经络入手,以“多气多血”的经络来补益,事半功倍。

 

肝经、脾经、胃经是多血的,补气的经络在肾经、脾经、膀胱经举个例子说,足三里位于胃经属于是一个多气多血的穴位通过这个穴位用调补的方法它就是可以养血的通过足三里、三阴交等等其他穴位配起来健脾,此时配合一些其他的食疗方法,食材药物中有用的东西都能够吸收,精华供给全身,就达到补气血的目的。

 

    世界上没有两片相同的叶子,人们身体的具体情况也是不尽相同的。因此陈教授表示,对于消耗性疾病的调理,不同的人的调理方法也是不同的。虽然都是需要经络调理,但都要经过中医的辨证,找出身体问题的根源所在,继而选择适合的经络调理方式,才能够达到快速解决的目的。
